Finally a page with images of my ceramics.

The pictures aren’t really smash hit, it’s really very hard to take good pictures of this sort of thing. But I keep practicing and will also regularly post new pictures of new pieces. If you are interested in a figurine, you can contact us and we can arrange something. I’m not sending it because it is of course very fragile but I am occasionally on shows where you can see my ceramics “life”. Assignments are very welcome.

A small Azawakh

The Afghans.

The hairs are made with the garlic press and are put on one by one.

During the last EKC in Germany someone came over with a few Afghans with minimal hair, we call them “naked-Afghans”. He looked over the table and asked; “No Afghans?” “Yes,” I said and pointed at my Afghans. “Those are not Afghans, these are hedgehogs!”

For  the Barsoi’s I use the same technique as with the Afghans I only strike them with a wet brush afterwards.

Deerhounds are of course easy for me, also because of their fur they are made quite quickly.

I usually make figurines but also hooks to hang the leash on or a head for on the wall.

The Greyhound.

For the Irish Wolfhound I use the same technique as the Deerhound and so they are made quite quickly.

 The Italians.

Saluki‘s are very nice to make but of course one of the most laborious varieties, smooth and long hair. Especially during the drying period they are extremely fragile.

Sloughi’s. 

Whippets. Sometimes I make a Whippet but it turns out to be more like a Greyhound or vice versa. It is also just what the future owner sees in it. They are, like the Greyhound, Italian and Slough, difficult to make because of their smooth fur.
